HURRICANE UPDATE

LA USA FCU operations have been up and running as usual since 12:00 pm Wednesday, September 3, 2008. 

 

All products and services are available for your use, including all plastic cards (Visa Credit Cards, Visa Cheque Cards, and Passkey ATM Cards).

 

NOTE: Even in "power outages" at our office, your transactions from the use of these products and services are being maintained and access continues. If you don't currently have a checking account or one of our plastic card options, it may be a good time to think about adding one for situations such as this.  

 

We do have an Emergency Disaster Assistance Plan in affect with favorable rates and terms.  For more information please contact our Loan Department at 225.292.8910 or 800.375.2760.

Attention Members

 

When sending correspondence to Louisiana USA FCU via e-mail please never include your member number, social security number or any credit union service related password(s).  Our employees will never ask you to provide that information via e-mail. If anyone ever contacts you claiming to be an LaUSA employee and asks you for that information please do not give it to them.  If possible get their name and call Member Services immediately at (225) 292-8910 or if contacted via e-mail simply forward the message to webmaster@lausafcu.org.

 

We will never include our web address (URL) in any e-mail correspondence we send you.  If you ever receive an e-mail from anyone claiming to be from Louisiana USA FCU and they ask you to click on a link to provide more information please do not click the link or go to any website listed in that e-mail.  Simply forward the message they sent you to webmaster@lausafcu.org.
