Our promise to you…

We will never include our web address (URL) in any e-mail correspondence we send you.  If you ever receive an e-mail from anyone claiming to be from Louisiana USA FCU and they ask you to click on a link or go to any website listed in that e-mail, simply forward the message they sent you to webmaster@lausafcu.org. 

What you can do…

When sending correspondence to Louisiana USA FCU via e-mail please never include your member number, social security number or any credit union service related password(s).  Our employees will never ask you to provide that information via e-mail.  If anyone ever contacts you claiming to be a Louisiana USA employee and asks you for that information please do not give it to them.  If possible please get their name and call Member Services at (225) 292-8910 or if contacted via e-mail simply forward the message to webmaster@lausafcu.org.
